The procedure itself was fine. My doctor received my images and we discussed over the phone. I contacted Metro Imaging directly so that I could get a copy of my images. They said if I paid $10, I could pick up a cd. I told them I lived far and don't have access to a cd drive. They said that's the only way to safely share images.
I endured an invasive procedure and am paying them a significant amount of money, but they aren't sophisticated enough to send an encrypted image. Also, the women I spoke to were dismissive and just kept repeating the same thing over and over.
When I was transferred to a manager, I waited on hold for 5 minutes. She answered and before I could respond, she hung up. I called back-no answer. I wish I would've paid the extra money and had the procedure done at the hospital.
It's 2024, do better Metro Imaging. Financial institutions send encrypted message regularly.

Today, I received a mammogram here in less than 20 minutes. They are efficient and thorough. I completed the e-check in online, which saves time during registration. Linda the radio tech was very pleasant and gentle. They make the experience easy and timely. Results are available while you wait. Thanks Metro Imaging North County!

My doctor made my appointment and when I arrived at Metro they told me that patient cancelled appt. Well I never cancelled appt. And the front girls did an awesome job of getting me in to get scan. I want to give Becky my technician a GOLD STAR. She does a great job. She explained everything what was to happen. I was at the Dunn Road location.

North County metro imaging were able to get me in sooner when there was a cancelation! Which means so much to me.
Angela at the front dest is very accommodating, and very sweet.
While in the waiting room a woman was trying to get a scan without a doctor recommendation and instead of them just turning her away they were able to help her find a doctor or urgent care to help. I definitely recommend anyone to come here.

My experience here couldn't have been better. Just as their ads claim: North County Metro Imaging has affordable, state-of-the-art imaging. The facility is very clean and orderly. I was warmly greeted and checked in by Teresa. I came for 3 tests and was seen promptly. My technicians, Ellen, Debbie and Melissa, were professional, courteous and able to answer any questions I asked. I even got ALL of my test results before I left. I highly recommend North County Metro Imaging.

It's been some years since I have been to this location. Today I had an x-ray and the staff was amazing. Very friendly, professional, respectful, educational. All around great staff and very quick. I was in there a total of 20 mins. Great place!! Thanks metro ❤️

Tried to set an appointment with them and they kept transferring me to different people, Asking me the same questions, looking at my chart. I guess keeping patients medical records private doesn’t exist here. Ended up not scheduling my appointment.
