If you have a business in the St. Louis area you will do know better than The Miller Group for attention, response, and state of the art service. I have used the Miller Group for about 20 years, and I think they are TERRIFIC. They are staffed with hard working, talented, technicians and with excellent managers and owners, and they never give up even on the most complicated problems. If you are a fan of mediocre network support, "google search" technicians and being helped based off how much total $$ you spend throughout the year, then I recommend working with The Miller Group. The staff are rude and they over charge on all services, while consistently delivering sub-par service. They have recently turned over over half their employees due to the successful Miller namesake passed away and the "new direction" for the company is to overcharge and under-deliver.

It used to be a good company, stay far, far away now.
