Jordan is an exceptional employee. I hope someone realizes how good he is at what he does. He was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He fixed my issue and was so helpful. I would have to say this was the best experience I have had with netgain in the last 5 or so years. That man needs a pat on the back and told great job!
