As of today, the review below stands. Probably even worse, to be honest. The EXACT SAME issue is occurring for me where my LLC is assuming the lease from an acquisition. They have promised documentation for our needs for 7 MONTHS. They havre promised and not delivered lease or documentation we've asked for (while fulfilling the lease payments entirely). Now they are sending off-tone emails for collections on payments from another entity we're involved in looking for payments we already made. AND, they still have not done anything we've asked for. They try your patience like a hidden camera show...

If this could be a ZERO STARS it would be. Quite possibly the most ridiculous and unorganized company I've ever worked with. Had a lease and service agreement coming to completion and sent NO LESS THAN 10 emails or so over the course of 8 months to make sure the current leases didn't renew due to business changes, and try to see what the options were. Guess what... 3 different people responded to me, but did NOTHING and the lease just so happens to automatically renew, and now it's a fire storm of trying to just get things sorted out. Honestly, it's such a disaster, I wish there could be NEGATIVE STARS! Look elsewhere.

After we took the time to explain our needs in detail, Marco sold us some printers they assured us would satisfy our needs. The first issue came on install day, when the installers had the wrong information. Next, we found out that none of the requirements had been communicated to the installers. As things progressed, the installers had no clue how to implement any of the requirements. After several hours of the installer's futile attempts to get help from the Marco "help desk", we gave on on any help from that quarter.

We have tried everything to get the printers to function as the salesperson promised, to no avail. Today, exactly 1 week from the delivery date, we finally called Marco, who sent us to the salesperson. The salesperson then told us we should pay an additional fee for the "help desk" to try to figure this out.

No, the salesperson obviously did not listen to or care about our needs. As things sit, we have useless printers, and useless Marco. Fortunately, there are other options, like GFI and DaCom.

This is not the usual post... I have never done business with them. So, why post? It has to do with my wife and I taking a much needed relaxing vacation to Costa Rica. It turned out to be less than that. Why, because of the Marco people that thought that they owned the resort, with absolutely no consideration of the guests there that had nothing to do with Marco. They were a bunch of drunken, obnoxious people that thought that they owned the place. That is from the top person down. It was terrible display of people acting badly while wearing the Marco banner. They did not represent a good corporate image in any way. Even some of the Marco employees expressed embarrassment, but what could they do if those placed in executive positions were the biggest offenders. Finally, it ruined our experience in Costa Rica, and many others. My wife and I are in senior and executive positions within IT in St. Louis, fortune 100 and higher, and, rest assured, we will never entertain thought of bring Marco aboard for any of the services provided. Moral of the story, represent your business well wherever you are, and be respectful of others that are sharing the resort. Marco did none of this, they made an highly anticipated vacation into a nightmare in many ways.

I worked here for over a year, got along with all the other employees as well as admin and sales. The Service Supervisor, John Rolf, was excellent. When Jeff Neager became the new supervisor service went down hill. A lot of putting out fires, replacing parts with old used parts from dead machines without knowing if they work. Jeff Neager is a very poor choice for a leadership roll. He resorts to insulting and attacking the technicians that have knowledge on a variety of different brands of equipment due to his lack of knowledge outside of Toshiba. As a technician, my numbers were good, I was always willing to help out for the good of thecompany. Im sure the service department is not to the caliber it was with the previous supervisor. Jeff Neager is a downfall for this company. A supervisor that has to attack his technicians because they are knowledgable of the whole line of products that their company services, and he doesnt. I would highly recommend a different company for your business solutions and would strongly recommend one company and thats STLOFFICEDOCS.

I've worked at several companies that lease copiers/printers and hire an outside company for document management solutions -- with that background, I can say DNT really does it right. They have tools to help companies keep track of their printer usage -- saving you money by using the latest technologies. Smart. DNT's other divisions (Shredding and Imaging) round out their service offering nicely.

We've been through 3 salesmen, told we get a credit but it never happened, was told our contract has 2 more years but now we can't get IT support because they say our contract did expire earlier this month, just like I thought. Left message for salesman but never got a return call. Imagine that!

We called today to have the pickup of our Shredding schedueled at a different time we have asked the route driver not to come to our office during clinical hours three times now yet he continues to come while we see patients dragging in a loud trash bin which scare our elderly blind patients so we call the customer service number and speak to a caylab who said "maybe we should cut our ties so not to upset the patients our the doctor" we were then transferred to our sales representative who's said "maybe we should cut our ties to make everyone happy" this is unacceptable why not offer a different day for pick up or schedule the pickup for later in the day like it used to be losing a client over something as simple as a different pickup time seems like terrible business management please contact me back so we can resolve this issue we are yet to hear back from anyone so far

Please Please Please never do business with this company - Every review is correct - Wish there was a ZERO Star review. We have 3 printers they say they can't get parts for but we still have to pay lease - Worst Service too
