I had Pinnacle finish a fourth bedroom above my garage. They were great to work with and the quality of work is outstanding. There were no issues with the project, but it did take longer than expected due to labor shortage. However they were communicative and timely to work each day. They also accommodated my schedule of being gone for vacations and such. The payment structure and BuilderTrend software was vey user friendly and a great experience. I would absolutely recommend them to any friend who needs a remodel project done and I will call on them in the future!

The two men the show up was very polite and well experience with electrical service work. They had started on time and had finish on time. We hired Pinnacle Projects based on a friend's referral, and we are so happy we did. They were awesome to work and absolutely went above and beyond. When things changed or didn't go as planned (through no fault of theirs), they rolled with it with professionalism and positivity. Genaro, Kyle and Zach were amazing communicators, in that they explained things clearly, responded to the hundred thousand questions that I had, and told me what they could do when new ideas or issues came up. They remodeled a walk-in shower for me in 2020. Exceptional craftsmanship. Professional communication (very responsive). Great management of jobsite dust and debris. Surprisingly cost-conscious, helping me understand at the design phase how certain choices (e.g. tile size/pattern) would impact the budget. When a big, exterior door warped and needed replacing in 2022, I went straight back to them and was again very pleased with the results. In another display of cost-consciousness, they showed me my existing door could be rehung, which saved me a ton of money that I did not want to spend. I have several other odds and ends projects around the corner (including cleaning up the work of another builder), and I already know I'm going to Pinnacle to do it.
