I want to say on one hand Dr. Jeanette Dilan is a excellent physician. However lake regional health system eldon is the most incompetant facility and their lack of understanding their own procedures cost me a large amount of money. First off the team at the desk does not care at all to help, and do to them having allegedly no billing person to speak to I couldn't get it resolved their coding errors and lack of interest in me as a patient cost me a good dr. And I will not return to a facilty as this. I had drove a large distance to see the Dr. For the next appt. After the huge bill to be told I could call.a number. But asking them to help me clarify I wouldn't get the same bill so I could be seen that day the non caring non chalant staff said, I can give u a number. So I had to leave a 100 mile round trip appt. With no care. Anyone needing a caring front desk staff or a billing dept. Or competent coding . Seek another facility. As they say they have no on sight person to speak to. Very sad as I thought and know this dr. Could help me.
