I had a very good and professional experience with this office each time I have been there. Very knowledgeable doctor's and the staff took excellent care of me each time. Would highly recommend this practice for all areas they are qualified to treat. Will go back again.

I did NOT have a good experience with this practice. First and only in person visit, Dr. Calandrino was VERY late. I was able to overlook that because I understand doctors are busy and there are emergencies...it happens. The nurse that checked me in was very sweet and really apologizing for the doctors tardiness. Now, calling back to get follow-up visits with the doctor were the WORSE..because I then had many exchanges with a VERY unprofessional receptionist- I never got to see the doctor again but instead saw the nurse practitioner via telephone. She was kind, seemed professional, actually helpful. I could not deal with the receptionist! I recently received a bill from them from a tele-visit from 10 months ago, that I could not recall having. Frustrated, I called and had to leave a message..realizing it was after hours. I got a call back several days later from that unprofessional receptionist. She stated that she had called me back on a previous date and that she HAD A CONVERSATION with me about the bill that I had questioned. THERE WAS NO SUCH CALL OR CONVERSATION!!! I was completely baffled by her lie and now questioning the bill even more!!!..was I being billed for a tele-call that never even happened I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism. There are many other practices to consider..move past this one!

Just got hung up on by them. I had an at home sleep study done for 1 night and 1 in office appointment. After receiving my bills, I had an issue with the one from SSM health and needed a description of what test I had received to bring back to the billing department of ssm health, and was curious to why the bill was so high . When asking about the bill the lady at their office said she can't help me. I then simply asked what description I should use because the bill said I received an EEG (which I did not). She was short with me and after getting no information said "okay bye" and hung up on me mid sentence.

This was the most unprofessional medical office personnel I have ever dealt with.

I was never given an estimate on what the study would cost or else I would of never done it. They didn't disclose any of that with me. Over $700 out of pocket and that's after insurance paid it's portion.

I can not recommend this office. I'm feeling very much like I got shoved through and got no help at all. I'm still having sleep issues and now stuck with a large bill.

My father has been a patient here for awhile, I have never been the one to bring him in however I recently called with a simple bill question for him
and spoke to (Carol). I was very polite, she however was extremely rude and in my opinion has no business working with anyone in the public, her tone was absolutely uncalled for and I will be switching physicians for my father, I can only imagine how they treat the patients. I would not recommend at all!

The staff is great! Always helpful and they quickly answer any questions that I have. They also tolerate me having to bring my kids which says a lot! 😂 I highly recommend them!
