Baby let me just start by saying if you don’t like your job FIND A NEW FIELD!!!! If y’all are very much aware that you didn’t come to your scheduled routes for two weeks due to the inclement weather that means you make up for it when the time is appropriate. Period. Just because you guys didn’t try and make it doesn’t mean the 82 apartment units stopped accumulating trash!! My apartment complex was piled with trash at each dumpster location up until a few days ago when Waste Connections of Missouri came and scattered all the trash that couldn’t make it into the bins to the curb all because their field of work wasnt able to complete the job (at the time). Then today another Waste Connections of Missouri driver came to dump the trash but mind you they already came about two days ago and dumped the FULL overflowing dumpsters….so common sense tells you they aren’t full again after only two days but the trash scattered around the dumpsters that yall physically had to kick out of the way still resides as one of our maitenance crews cleans up the mess. This isn’t right and to me seems like we’re picking up the slack of lazy Waste Connections of Missouri workers who already got a nice two week break from doing their jobs since they couldn’t get on the roads supposedly. Either way I just wanted to come and voice my opinion on how I feel this company runs things which is clearly very poorly and unprofessionally. You determine the impression you leave on folks and waste connections of Missouri has not left a good impression on my apartment community that we all work hard to maintain and keep clean. and might I add we’re all charged a decent trash fee every month so to see our money is supplying this kind of work ethic is honestly disappointing. Do better. Love, your hard working resident who will steady voice his opinion if I feel something isn’t right. Might I add that after the driver took off like a light we refilled the dumpster he just emptied which had barely anything in it..makes perfect sense right? As you can see the dumpsters can’t even make it back to their designated location due to the piles of trash the company neglected to take. Shameful

I'd like to thank the gentlemen who stopped and picked up the few tiny pieces of paper that blew out of the truck as he dumped it into the back.. I've seen other drivers, knowingly, leave a LOT of trash in the driveway, they look at it and drive off.... this guy even looked on the other side of his truck, just in case there was something on that side. I appreciate the time he took doing that and the respect he gave.. This was a very heavy day for them due to last weeks snow and no pick up... im sure all our cans were doubly heavy. SO, THANK YOU!!

I had been meaning to call Waste Connection all week and kept forgetting. Here it is 4:57pm on a Friday and I remembered. I called and got one of the most pleasant reps I could have gotten. I told her if my request would take too long , I would call back on Monday, but she was like no, that is not necessary. Thank you so much Aluna for your kindness and patience. Had this service for years at my business location. Just by chance when looking for new homeowners insurance I checked prices for service thru Waste Management. Unbelievably my $165 a month bill for biweekly pickup could be had for $50 a month. Then when I tried to cancel I was told I was under contract that automatically renews itself yearly. I found an email from February stating I had to renew the contract but I never did. They called today and told me that it automatically renewed in January but they decided to let me out of the contract. Conversations with the customer service department came across with a definite idgaf attitude when asking why I was being charged more than 3 times what Waste Management would charge. Definitely price gouging

Incredibly messy company. Every single pickup my yard is covered in my neighbors trash and recycling crap for years. They tell you no bags in recycle.... Stop covering my property in loose waste. 0 stars is my review but not a option

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Refusal to Pick Up Trash
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Waste Connections’ service over the past two weeks. Due to recent snow, our trash collection was delayed for two weeks. Today was the designated pickup day, and I made sure to prepare accordingly by securing two weeks’ worth of trash in a single bin, reinforced with wood and tape to ensure stability.
Despite my efforts to accommodate your automated system—designed specifically to prevent drivers from exiting the truck—the driver refused to collect my trash, citing that the bin was “stacked too high” and claiming it would have fallen if lifted. When I contacted your customer service, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional week for pickup. This is unacceptable.
I am now expected to manage three weeks’ worth of trash, while neighbors with multiple bins had their trash picked up without issue. Your driver had no problem extending the truck’s arm six times to lift and empty their bins, yet my single, secured bin was too much of a burden?
This reflects pure laziness and a disregard for customer satisfaction. It is frustrating that I went out of my way to make your job easier by ensuring my trash was stable and securely packed. Your refusal to collect it is not only inconvenient but disrespectful to paying customers who rely on your service.
I expect Waste Connections to take immediate corrective action. I urge you to dispatch a truck to collect my trash within the next 24-48 hours. Additionally, I request a review of your policies regarding customer trash pickup, particularly when it comes to handling delays caused by inclement weather.
Failing to resolve this issue promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint to higher management and regulatory authorities, including the Public Utilities Commission, if necessary.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt resolution of this issue.

I would never do business with this company. Our neighbor has their service and the driver is rude, will sit in the middle if the road and behind my driveway and I am unable to get out to get to work. I even asked him nicely to move over about 3 feet so I could get out, he said it wasn't his problem. I told him I was unable to get around his truck. This wasn't a one time situation, he even puts the trash cans in MY yard when after he dumps my neighbors trash. If this is the kind of people who this company hires, I will never do business with them and will continue to tell anyone who asks. Rude employees.

Our yard waste driver is always so friendly and polite. Always greets me when I’m outside. Today he saw me coming out in the rain to retrieve the can and he shooed me back and brought it to my garage. Great service from a good guy!
