A few hiccups at this pickup had to wait for load from local driver then once loaded had to go back to dock to get more product but I believe my experience was unique and not norm .
The lady who works in office who resembles Taylor swift She had sliver flats on she’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered in my career. Very polite very kind all good energy phenomenal customer service the 5 stars is for her.

That guy Dave…. The awesome guy back at the loading dock. Both times I visited Quincy Recycling this week I had the pleasure to have Dave unload my truck. Both days, Dave sent me away with words of encouragement and asked me to be safe! Outstanding Man right there!

Love picking up here. The girls in the office are friendly and get you your paperwork quickly, but what's even better is the loaders will have your trailer done in ten to fifteen minutes. Always a good experience

I just left from there. Got a nice hat and snacks....i appreciate them for appreciating truckers. Also they move as fast as possible which is faster then alot of places I've delivered to. Keep it up👍🏾

This is one of my favorite places to load. Most times it only takes me 30-45 minutes to get in and out. The staff is great too!
