My experience was horrible to say the least. I brought my 2025 Chevy Silverado in to the bridgeton location for one window to be tinted after my vehicle was broken into @ my work of all places. The finished product was absolutely horrendous. The tech failed to clean the window sufficiently if @ all. There was nearly forty plus specs of dust,dirt, debris that the film was applied over. Several air pockets throughout. She actually slice and punctured part of the film as well. Upon seeing my service I explained that is totally unacceptable. I was told to bring the vehicle back Thursday or have Re serviced, or replaced. Upon arrival neither the tech nor the rep I dealt with was present. Told to come back following day. Came back. I was greeted with attitude after expressing my displeasure with my results. Offered only a partial refund, or additional attempts to get it right(practice) which is crazy. And I’ve been a customer with their business since 1999! Never again!!! Moral of the story go elsewhere for your tinting needs these people are playing and practicing on customers cars!

Patrick was awesome. They were able to remove the old tint with out damaging the rear defrost. It looks great. This is the second time I had them replace an old tint job from a subpar shop. I'll be back for any future tint jobs!

If you want the best tints and sounds for your ride you need to play like Price is Right and come on down to custom sounds & tints 😃 they hook me up for a reasonable price. I forgot to ask them if they have a layaway? 😂

Typically, 1 employee.
I've been here 4 times. Always made a purchase.
This last time , today. Been here 40 mins.
Just need someone to grab the speakers.
No questions. Nothing special needed.
Just Walmart level service.
Never again.

Absolutely would not recommend this place. They installed DVD players for us almost 2 years ago and they’ve never worked! We paid a fortune for them and they had us bring in the car 10+ times but never actually fix it. They never return our calls. Pretty sore we’re to the point of screening our number. I’ve attempted to contact management, but they never reach out to us. We deserve our money back or what we paid for-2 working dvd players. Don’t waste your Time- go somewhere that honors their work!

went in today to get a price on a double din install. went to show tech picture of double din radio. He didn’t even take the time to look at it he instantly said no we don’t do those. After asking him if he was sure he went on to say that he don’t install tablets. After carefully explaining to him it was a double din with a big screen he said oh. Because of my culture he didn’t want to be bothered with me .He instantly gave me a no he can’t do it. This is what lazy people do that don’t want to work. It limits sales and cause people like me that want to be appreciated to go some where else. His name is Dave by the way
