For some reason I couldn't respond to my last message but nothing was resolved and the respond the school gave lacked so many details of the issue. No accountability at all and the school stayed rescheduling my sessions as if I didn't have a life or other engagements nor did they acknowledge the fact that I chose the days that worked best for me and my schedule. they tried forcing me to pay more money to retest when i supposed to been allowed to retest for free and after that it was a fee.

The process was all wrong and I've tried to be understanding until it became unbearable. I lost almost a thousand dollars that i never got back and a slap in the face and all my calls blocked.

so, I say this please do your research on this school and the people that did pass never got far non of them are successful this school promised them leads and so much more just to shut them out once they were paid in full but if you are a self-motivated individual you will find your own lane and go far and do will.

Whether you call her Miss Kay/K, Miss Ken, or Miss Kendall just don't forget to call her a phenomenal instructor. She knows her stuff and she will make sure you know it too. We laughed, learned and drew blood for 3 weeks. And what a great 3 weeks it was! Definitely worth the money. She answered all of our questions, helped us study, and perfected our drawing technique. She really did everything she was supposed to do and more. I really have enjoyed my time in her class and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to be a phlebotomist, wanting to work on there phlebotomy skills or just wanting to get the book knowledge on being a phlebotomist....Miss Kendall is your lady. Thank you very much to PTS for offering the classes. Miss Kendall, thank you for teaching us, encouraging us, giving us the courage/confidence to apply for jobs and making us comfortable with our new careers/skills. If I ever need a refresher I'll be looking for you.

Miss Dene was the most amazing instructor. I was extremely nervous coming into this and she made me feel so at ease. The class was fun, while maintaining a sense of professionalism, and I found myself excited to come to class. You can tell she truly cares about her students and is passionate in everything she does, I love her.
