Visited the library today for the first time . If you are looking for the library that is closest to St. Louis airport this is about 5 min drive . My husband was able to go the airport and I was able to spend a few enjoyable hours here . Wonderful resource . Clean bathrooms. Vending machine on site . Standing and sitting desks for computers .

The workers are very nice, and it is very clean. However, their computer for the card catalog really stinks. I think they need to update their system. I should have just used my phone. Also, I really wish they had more large print editions — totally showing my age here.

Awesome library since the renovation. There are plenty of outlets for portable wifi devices. Some libraries can get quite noisey. This one seems to remain mostly quite. Definitely more quite then a typical Starbucks. The staff are helpful.

This is my local branch and I love it.

I mainly use the Libby and Hoolpa apps and do everything electronic (you can do everything from their app and app partners!). I love borrowing the ebooks and reading them on my kindle app. I also love that I can join the reading programs and do it all from my phone.

When I do go into a branch it is usually to attend the book club event. This branch has an established group there and they are very inviting. A library staff member moderates the session and keeps the conversation going.

I've also used the computers and small conference rooms. They have a large computer area with lots of computers. It's easy to login with your library card and you start with 1 hour of time. If noone else is waiting, you can use it longer. You can also print from your computer.
The conference rooms are similar. 1 hour timeframe and you can put your name on the list. If they are in use, they will give you a buzzer and you can go in after that person. I've used the rooms for calls and interviews and it worked out well.

I highly recommend you check out your local branch. Events are free, reading spaces are set up for optimal enjoyment, staff is always helpful and friendly and they have many resources to utilize!

The Manager Adeline Chow has terrible service did not try to help. I need a paper for school and she even talked to a school administator and told me NO. Gave me something i dont need twice now. She will not give me documentation that the school needs

An incredible catalog with basically any book or research material available. It even has ebooks and is organized with many places to sit and read. Staff can help you but the new remodel makes it very easy to navigate. Checking out books is very quick and easy taking no longer than 15 seconds. Copier machines are available and costing 30 cents or so but the vending machine is insanely expensive. I just wish the bike racks were a different style because they are really close together but they are very secure.

The staff are very helpful and nice,

Theyre are often people who come in and allow children to scream and play about without any supervision,

They're are people with disabilities who come in and moan loudly also. They can't do much about these two things so I'd say just bring headphones.

The computer section are often visited bye creepy old men with pedophillia vibes radiating off them. (Watch your kids like a hawk)

Other than those reasons I find the books here in great condition and they often have what I'm looking for,

the childrens section is clean and my nieces and nephews love it
