I'm treated like a human being. I've had some bad experiences at a Doctors office from the staff that was appalling. This facility is a breath of fresh air. I would suggest better signage for those coming for the 1st time. It's not obvious as to where it's at exactly, even with Google maps.

I had difficulty finding this building, because there is not a street sign, nor identification sign on the street side of the building.
It would be a terrific asset for the public and
patients to have a visual of some sort, to help navigate their way.
The staff were very pleasant, caring, and proffesional.
I had a four hour test, which
the Doctor and Professor explained what to expect.
They made it as comfortable as possible.

Tried to make a first appointment, spent the last 20 minutes of their "office hours" on hold listing to how committed to excellence SLU is, anybody home? Suppose it's a good indicator to look elsewhere

This is the best hospital in my experience by far. The nurses are really exceptional and kind. I would like them to expand though I recommend getting exercise equipment for the patients and also doing regular smoking cessation classes or similar thnx
