I am the Church Office Administrator and Senior Pastor's wife at a small Southern Baptist church, Central Baptist Church, in Aurora, Colorado, and we LOVE Church360° Members. It is well thought out and well executed so that it delivers what we need to effectively manage our membership, plus it is affordable. Concordia is responsive and provides excellent, personalized customer care in addition to a very helpful centralized knowledge base in their online help center. Subsequently, they provide comprehensive support, and this is a high priority for our church in securing a church management software. So far, from sales to fulfillment to onboarding to invoicing, I have personally been in contact with at least eight different people from Concordia, and each one has met our needs and been kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful, and we are more than pleased with the company as a result. Our focus at our church is to make disciples, and we pour our lives into our covenant community of members. Church360° Members is a tool that helps us to accomplish our mission to make disciples. I just want to let you know about the phone conversation that I had today with Dave Farnham a software consultant for Concordia.
Dave was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I’m on the leadership council for St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Lemont Illinois and needed information about Church 360 Ledger version.
He spent a tremendous amount of time discussing our options to save our church time and money. I asked if a short video was available to share with my council explaining what ledger does. Dave said unfortunately none was available but after we hung up he actually recorded one himself! I will present this at our next meeting.
In the age of online chat and texting with bots, this type of personal service is exceptional.

From sales to service, they have been very attentive to our questions and have always responded in a timely manner with the answers we needed. The Church360 Suite is an inexpensive way to capture member data, perform administrative functions, and document activities. Communication options provide various ways to keep members informed. Website tools are straightforward and with a bit of technical know-how, enhancements can be implemented. Financial reporting is adequate for most basic needs; downloads of data into other tools is efficient. Integration between the products is straightforward. The applications are simple to learn, easy to use and support staff are friendly, quick to respond and willing to share their knowledge. It takes very little technical expertise to employ the features and functions offered.

As a Treasurer of a small church, they make my job easier, using Ledger, and when I have questions, they are just a quick call or email away. The Members program is also a great database for member information as well.
