We had excellent customer service from start to finish. They were very communicative and responsive with emails about every step of the process with our XBox console. We were a little nervous about going with them for repair as opposed to Microsoft with so many scammers out there these days, but we highly recommend them and would absolutely use their services again if the need arises. Best customer service I have received from any type of company in a very long time--kudos to you guys!

Was a little worried about purchasing a new ps4 mobo initially, it did seem like a lot of money to send to a small site I hadn't heard of. when I got the first board, it was missing the power switch and I thought I would be in for a long fight to get a new one, but that definitely wasn't the case. Jarrett got back to me late at night, less than an hour after I sent the initial email. he quickly got a new motherboard sent to me and a return label for the broken one, and a few days later I had a perfectly working motherboard. Superb customer service, even if something is wrong they work hard to make it right. i wont hesitate to come back in the future.

Absolutely would recommend gamers repair. Do not trust electronics repair shops with your game console!! Gamers repair specializes in game consoles. They are knowledgeable, responsive to email communication, and they have great customer service. Hey fixed my xbox one X no video output issue, after multiple others failed! Gamers repair knew exactly what to do. Great pricing for the services provided. If you do not have a warranty on your console and need a repair, Gamers Repair is the WAY TO GO! I needed a part for my XBOX One. Amazon only sold cheap 3rd party parts. I was able to get an OEM part from Gamer's Repair for nearly the same price and it works great! I was a little weary ordering from a small company through their website, but was happy to find out they offer a lot of their products through eBay as well. Got a great deal on an OEM Xbox power adaptor. Now that I know they're legit I would have no problem ordering directly from their site in the future.

Fast delivery it says it will get here this weekend! I'm so stoked to get back to gaming on my Xbox. Next I'll have to fix my ps4 so I can have more fun but I'll be relying on gamers repair to help me. So five stars for you. (Still cant believe that you send software usbs too. Most people tell you to diy)
