As an old software developer, I have to say the software is really good. Is any CRM perfect? Of course not. But for managing our business it is really meets our needs. But, what sets this software a a part, is the HUMAN support you get from their team. Zoom office hours most days to connect on any issue. Level two support is thorough and prompt when something is just gets whacky. Prompt email responses to outstanding issues. They are just top notch. Try them out. You'll be glad you did.

Dino, Andre, and the entire team has always provided great support, including follow-up after the fact to help ensure your success. This is the type of organization that I prefer to be affiliated with, whether you're new to business, or are an expert in the field. I've been using REIBlackbook for about 3 years now and am satisfied with the service. They're very quick to respond to tickets I submit and they will sometimes send videos to help me understand how to fix or update what I need. They're collaborative and very open to recommendations and are constantly improving to make our lives better as investors.
