The environment is high demand, low support - nothing wrong with obsessing over deadlines and delivery as long as you equip people to deliver. But here there was very little time and intention given to training or even being available to answer basic questions. Here you are not trained, you are tasked and left to figure out vague instructions which require you to constantly seek clarification - which is reluctantly given.
Management was unreasonable, inattentive and disingenuous.
Technologies used are outdated and overall design is inefficient.
