I went to Blick Art Materials to get an article dry mounted, and they referred me to County Blue. The staff threated me like mine was a $5k project. I was surprised by how much time they spent with me, and the interest they showed. Service like this is almost unheard of anymore. (The price was also reasonable)

I have worked with County Blue for almost 9 years through the St. Louis Public Library. What a GREAT company! Pricing is always competitive, but what really makes this company is the employees. They don't do anything half-way; they strive in every way to do what I need done (even when I'm not exactly sure myself). Came here many times before when I was with a graphics design firm. A lot of new faces though so might be that this place is under new management. Anyway, the customer service was non-existant. Those with whom I did come in contact with had no idea what I was asking for and they seemed more interested in doing anything other than helping me. Too bad as this used to be the place to go to for printing and specialty graphic items... I even had a few travel banner displays done through them in the past.
