Custom Technologies has designed and built several automated, high production machining cells for us over the years. They have done a variety of projects - from retro-fitting existing machining cells with semi-auto loading mechanisms or simple “pick and place” systems, to full blown, fully automated, robotic loaded machining cells. Many cells they built included automatic check features to ensure only quality components are sent to our customers. Great job on all accounts! Machines were virtually “plug and play” when they reached our facility. Production numbers were achieved within weeks of installation. Follow up support is outstanding. Dennis possesses an exceptional ability to envision a project from concept to completion. Staff is very knowledgeable in the small details that is required to get good quality production at the end of the day. What a great company to partner with for solutions to your toughest manufacturing challenges.
