To me these people were nice and I thought they were going to help me. They waited till I was in the middle of the study to exclude me for a past medical issue. I’ve been very upfront and honest with them with everything and they couldn’t even work with me. I don’t understand why they had me go through everything I went through. I was so optimistic that these people where actually going to help me. Then to exclude me for a past medical problem that I don’t have anymore. I’m very upset and depressed about this. I did everything they told me to do. I don’t understand why they wasted my time like this.

I had a great experience any Clinical Research Professionals with the study I participated in. The people were kind and compassionate. Also, they never had you waiting around with the exception of needing to wait around as part of the study. I usually ended up finishing up earlier than the scheduled appointment time. I would definitely volunteer again for any study that Clinical Research Professionals does.

I’ve been with Clinical Research Professionals as part of a Covid vaccine study and then a Covid booster study since August 2020, and I have nothing but praise and the greatest of respect for the entire team. Everyone is highly professional and efficient — but that doesn’t mean that they don’t treat their participants with kindness and good humor. I can’t say that an injection or a blood draw is my idea of a good time, but I’m always genuinely glad to touch base with the absolutely lovely team at CRP. I’d absolutely participate in further studies with them!
