Janessa was very easy to speak with and was a professional as we went through the documents. As a matter of fact as I was gabbing Janessa was double checking the docs. and sure enough she caught a page I missed signing of which would have made the documents unacceptable/voided.

Notary was weird and unknowledgeable. Had to call her back twice. The website says $40. She charged $55 first time and $75. Second time. We are now looking for a notary to notarize our document. No stars for Janessa.
