I have used TekSystems since I got out of college. I'm 43 now! TekSystems got me into Boeing right out of college which was such a blessing. The company I am at now I went through Teksystems & have now been employed Full-Time for 4 years. I will say your TekSystems experience is all about your recruiter! I wish I could remember my first recruiter. My first recruiter was so amazing. He use to do check-ups all the time. Asking how I am on the contracted job, took me out to lunch during lunch break at work while checking in. Always contacted me & let me know if the contract was about to be up & the other opportunities he found & provided a listing. Just simply amazing. Don Lacey from TekSystems was my last recruiter. He got me into the company I now work as a Full-Time employee. I will admit I've heard some horror stories, but I promise, it's all about the recruiters. You get one that cares & has your best interest in heart, you will have no limits. Just blessed to have the recruiters I had.

This employment agency is a waste of time. They promise to setup an appointment, but never call back. They send an email requesting to meet with me, so I call after they reached out first. Then, they decide to procrastinate setting an appointment. My time is precious, so do not dare waste it.

I worked for this company for many years. The one time i needed Unemployment, they denied me for weeks. I was upset with them for this and asked that they never called me again. They made plenty of money off my back and for them to deny me was an insult. Before that, I really loved working with the company.

Started working with TEKSYSTEMS in 2004 to about 2012. I worked many projects and at several wonderful companies. I also work with several Technical Recruiters, some that are still there. Art Farner was the first recruiter I worked with and a pleasure.

Just stay away from this joke of a contract firm. They will nickel and dime you to death on your rate and conveniently "forget" to file paperwork so you do not get what was agreed upon.
