SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. I ordered a new mattress online and filled out all the papers, scheduled for it to be delivered today between 3-6. It becomes 5:45 so I’m wondering what’s going on. I call the office and they said “we didn’t have time to go get your mattress today and you have to finish some papers” mind you, this is 5:45 on the day it’s supposed to be delivered. NEVER received a phone call stating they cannot deliver my mattress, OR that I needed to finish any paperwork. But apparently it if you order on a certain day or time they don’t get notified at the store. So I called to cancel my order and the rudest lady answers the phone giving all me attitude for canceling my order.
Be weary when going here. We got a washer and dryer from them and everything was great. I don’t know what changed but it was not a pleasant experience.

I have been a customer with Rent-A-Center for over 15 years. I've never had any issues with any of the locations that I have rented from or purchased. My items from management employees have all been great. They're well educated and I don't think I would go any other route.

The main reason why I went with Rent-A-Center is because I thought I was getting a brand new washing machine. However didn't even have the washing machine a month before it needed to go to the shop to get fixed. The manager is not interested in trying to help me and avoids my phone calls. This is the worst experience that I've had with any retailer... PERIOD.
If anyone has the means to get a washing machine on their own outright needs to not get from Rent-A-Center unfortunately I cannot afford a washing machine out right so therefore I am stuck paying this stupid contract forever!

The manager owed me a mattress and when he quit I could no longer get the mattress anymore 😒that's like stealing from your customer. His name was Chris and he worked at the same store I got my furniture

worst place ever!!! started off good, they bug you a day before and day of payment to make your payment(sheesh). customer service is horrible!!!! i got a bedroom set in Nov and delivery and set up went as planned then i moved to a new home and informed the company and went in store to do a address change and this company actually came and moved my set from my old home to my new home and that went fine, I found a new set from a different company and asked rent a center several times to pick up their set from my home (this went on for almost two weeks) i scheduled a pick up the first time and then had to call them and remind them to pick up set and had to schedule a new time and then I was called in to work and had to reschedule so I called Marcell and he had the wort attitude and was unprofessional which is so unacceptable! finally we worked out a new date and Marcell called me and said that the movers were outside of my home and I called him back and told him that the movers were NOT outside of my house and he says that we are at (and he read old address) I asked him why would they be at my old address and your movers moved my set to my new address, he then says "so you moved your set " in a very rude way again unacceptable (no Marcell your movers moved my set to my new home and i filled out a new address form") this location is the worst and so unorganized the customer service is the worst and on top of it all no ones knows anything all this location is good for is calling harassing you about payments before you are even late! a customer service refresher is in need asap! I will never refer anyone again to this location!!!!!! i wish it was something lower than one star to give!
