I had to transfer and renew plates on one vehicle and renew plates on another. The wait was very short and the service was excellent. Every time I go here I have excellent service!

The way they treat others is unprofessional. We waited over an hour and when we got called the young girl (Mari Bowman) had no idea what she was doing and told us to grab another ticket because we “weren't prepared” when we had everything needed. She then proceeded to instigate by laughing in our face and belittling our issues. Never go here unless you want to leave in tears.

We only waited an hour for two driver's license Jobina helps us being that we moved from a different state come to find out My driver's license here in Missouri has the wrong zip code I called to get it fixed and guess what I would have to pay again $50 for a new one because I Have a CDL and I was told you should have known it was the wrong Zip code 🙄 yes I should have known my zip code as I just moved here this place is ridiculous they will NEVER say anything is their fault it is always the customers fault. Don't go here they are horrible. If I could give a half star I would

After a frustrating experience at the Branson West DMV, my visit to the Branson DMV was a breath of fresh air. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I was here 10 min B4 it opened there was 12 ppl in front of me it opens at 9 they only have 1 desk open it's now 10 and they only helped 2 ppl ugh what a mess!!!

Extreamly slow, tried to make a phone call instead, instantly got put on hold and nobody came back to answer me. I will not be coming back here.

Ordered a pizza from Little Caesars next door and was done getting my licence renewal before the pizza was done! Seriously the quickest I've ever been in and out of a licence bureau. To top it off there were even helpful friendly people working!
