This is my 3rd time paying for an account at GBRI and I found the lessons offered are very boring and their quizzes so poorly written, lots of duplicate contents! I ended up taking more free online courses on the USGBC website. I will shop elsewhere to buy educational courses for my CE requirements for next credential renewal.

I took the WELL AP Exam Prep course and it was incredibly helpful! The content focused on exactly what I needed to know and the highlighted guidebook was a life saver. The video courses included visual content and study tips that helped solidify the information in my brain. The practice quizzes and exams were critical to my success too. I ended up passing the exam with 96.5%! This course is definitely worth taking, I know that not only from my score but because I started a WELL AP exam prep course with another company initially and it was not clear and concise or supportive of visual learners like the GBRI course is. Highly recommend! (Side note, I studied around 180 hours total for the exam).

I was supposed to receive a partial refund on purchase of 30CE package. Althought theire process took a bit longer than expected, however it was done. Good customer service and easy to use the 30CE package. Good Job!
