Great Service!
After having Direct TV corporate service people fail to show up for my 4 hour appointment window and a be a no show I was pretty frustrated. While waiting for the “no shows” I heard this company advertise on the radio. I immediately called this local Direct TV dealer in Bowling Green. Matt came out on the day we scheduled our service and was on time, was courteous and fixed our Satelite signal problem immediately. I highly recommend this company !

The agents at this store are unmotivated and unprofessional. When I went to order my Galaxy S10+ and move my service over from Sprint, I called this store and they told me not to bother coming in since I could do all of it online myself. So I went to the Hannibal location and got help from a wonderful young man at that location. Then when I got my phone in the mail and was ready to switch my service (I preordered) I went in again and they told me they couldn't assist me in setting up my phone and I would have to do it in Hannibal. I wound up calling their telesales (who by the way are a superb customer service team, truly above par) and telesales got me all taken care of over the phone. They just didn't want to help me. They couldn't be bothered. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.

Worst customer service ever. Sell faulty phones and refuse to let you return them even when it was less than 24 hours. Rude. Please please drive to Hannibal and save yourself some money and self respect. I wish I could give negative stars.
