Sam was the superhero I didn't know I needed.
I was giving a keynote and the tech was struggling (which is a moment of panic for any speaker). And then Sam arrived like a magical wish granter and immediately look charge.
Sound - fixed.
Videos - found a solution.
My peace of mind - that one is immeasurable.
I am forever in debt to Sam for his quick thinking, ability to jump into action and troubleshoot, and his willingness to be someone (a stranger at the time) I could rely on the help me navigate the technical (unexpected) challenges. I cannot express my gratitude and admiration enough. And if it isn't clear by now... we all need Sam in our life.

Wow - after struggling with a technology issue for over a week, (and enlisting several different vendors that could not fix the issue) I called Sam at Lockbaud and he jumped on the problem immediately and was able to fix it in one phone call. Super knowledgeable and really cares about actually helping people maximizing their technology to keep business running smoothly. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

My connection with Sam Sapp had to do with podcasting. As someone who is starting a podcast, Sam's input as to how easy it is to get started and just do it has given me the confidence to go ahead. He actually interviewed me for an hour for his podcast. Together we made a team and that is Sam's attitude. Let's be a team and make it happen.
