In today's business environment it is important to have a technology partner you can trust to be forward thinking as well as servicing your everyday needs. We are a small business that requires the same protection and service the big companies have on a much smaller budget. They are very knowledgeable and very willing to help. Very friendly and never pushy. Also tell it like it is and have never tried to sell me services I don’t need. I give 5 stars on those items. I dropped to 4 because it seems they bill like a lawyer. Even a 15min phone call about a clarification gets billed. So I only call if I really need help. Because I incur a charge every time I dial their number.
