The guys at InfiniTech are just awesome. They walking into an office that needed help getting up-to-date on most things IT, and they held everyones hand to get us there. They explained our options, spoke to us in terms we could understand, and have been an amazing resource. Our Client Success Manager, Jay, goes above and beyond ALWAYS. They respond to requests, big and small, within hours if not sooner. I am really really happy we chose InfiniTech and would do it over and over again!

Infinitech jumped in right away when we lost our tech coordinator. Learning a new organization and the breadth of our technology needs is a big task, and they have been very responsive whenever we've had challenges. If an issue arises, they're available to talk on the phone or in-person. More than anything, I appreciate that they never offer excuses or try and talk over the heads of our employees when something isn't working as it should.

Very professional. We had some internet router and connectivity issues and Dave K. helped us resolve the problems. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely contact Infinitech again if I need internet/computer assistance in the future. Thank you Dave!
