I set up the appointment online. Filled out everything I wanted them to fix. Showed up to drop off with the kid behind the desk. He wasn't sure what I wanted to do. He wasn't understanding, I explained it again, we was like, “We don’t fix mice.” SMH. I stated again, it’s the computer, I said, are you the authorized Mac fixer for central MO? Yes. Then fix it! I just walked out. Thankfully an adult took over and fixed it for $150. Which is I guess the starting rate to just turn on your computer. Price, service were OK I guess. If I had another choice I would probably use it.

Was vague in why they couldn't help me and they were going to charge me a crazy expensive price. I took it to another repair shop in Columbia and they were able to fix it for under $100. They were ok people and I'm sure their work is good but I would recommend getting a second opinion before getting something done here.

I took in a 13-year-old MacBook Pro that I had wiped clean, and the customer service, knowledge, And ability were top-notch! I was able to get the operating system reinstalled and able to use my old MacBook Pro again. All this at a free consultation within 15 minutes. Highly, highly recommend!

Great communication, fixed my mac screen perfectly, and were willing to hold the laptop for a few weeks because I'm a college student and was home for winter break!
