We were having an issue getting an online game to install and run. We had tried everything we knew how to do, and finally contacted Axion support to help troubleshoot. They worked with us for over an hour and finally figured out the issue and got everything up and going. The representative was so kind and patient with me and talked me through every step, even while he remotely tapped into our computer. I have only amazing things about the service we received today. They were timely and patient, and awesome to work with. Kudos and keep up the great work!

Rural Internet these days can be frustrating but you get what you get, and do the best you can with it. One thing I love about Axion is the customer service. I can send a quick text or call and get a response within the promised hour, and also get a resolution. Their technician makes you a priority and will solve an issue with the first call. I appreciate them and highly recommend.

We are located in a particularly hard place to get any decent internet speed. Satellite was not a viable option. The only other service we had was giving us internet literally at the old dial up speed. Due to our location this might have been Axion's most complicated install but they came out and worked with us until the set up worked. And it does work quite well. We consistently have the speed we need. They stay in good communication with us in case we have any problems and are always quick to fix the few times we have had them. Very satisfied with their overall service and professionalism.

Above and beyond with installation on cold, windy winter days. When the normal dish wasn't working Jeremiah suggested an alternative dish and location on the roof. Bottom line is very very happy with multiple users in the family sharing one system. Great system with even better folks at Axion.

Updated review: I really like the concept of this company, but things have changed since we first started using Axion. We were happy and speeds were fast! Now we don't have a connection any time the weather is poor, which has been a lot lately (if it's cloudy, rains, or snows). It seems to take awhile for the internet to recover from those conditions as well. If it rains early in the day- we expect to be without internet until at least the next day, if not longer. Everyone was very responsive in the beginning, but now it takes me messaging several times before I get a response. We have also gone back to watching DVDs much more frequently or playing games that don't require an internet connection, since it fails often. We make sure to turn our WiFi off any devices that aren't being used, so it doesn't take away from the device that we are needing internet on. I would love to have 5 devices connected at time, but that isn't possible at this point.

I do appreciate Axion when we have nice weather. I just wish it was more reliable. I shouldn't have to cross my fingers that it'll be nice outside so I can work from home with a reliable connection.

Since we have switched from our phone based internet provider, we have realized how upset we were everyday trying to gain access to the internet watch movies unsuccessfully for so long! We are so thankful that we switched to Axion! They were quick to come out and give us an answer as to if we would be a good candidate for there internet service. They installed the same day and we have been enjoying great service ever since. Living in a small town, can be difficult when trying to receive internet, cable, and other services that you take for granted living in a larger town or city. We cannot say enough good about Axion. If you're thinking about changing, or have had problems with your previous provider, give them a try, we're glad we did! We did have a problem once after hours. We emailed them as was suggested by them, and they had it fixed in a matter of no time. And they even called us back to ask us if it was working! Axion, specifically the desk help and Jeremy have constantly provided Top service, from equipment failures to simple daily service. I can't remember ever feeling great about an internet provider till these last few days.
