In love with my new phone! The gals are always so nice and patient. I'm not very tech savvy and they help me move my contacts over to my new phone. Plus it's very affordable a month. Doesn't break the bank

The lady there needs to learn how to speak to ppl. It's not what you say but how you say it. If I was told by customer service to find a retail store to help resolve my issue. Telling me it's not your issue is not help.. while she was on a personal call through her ear pods. No my issue wasn't resolved. A little more customer service would be nice.

Gennie was so pleasant and extremely helpful and a joy to do business with. My experience with Boost Mobile hasn't always been good, but she has more than made up for it, as far as I am concerned based on my past experiences she deserves a raise. The world needs workers like her.

we were in and out within 10-20 minutes i bought the phone that day no ordering no wait and it was setup immediately would definitely recommend going here for buying service or buying a phone or simply getting help with problems for your device. 5 STARS!!

I love this store. Heather is super helpful and I always get in and out fast . I love boost I will never go back to another carrier . I will say you get what you pay for on the phones .. I went from a cheap phone to a more expensive one and I see a big difference . don't get me wrong the cheap one worked out until I could afford a better one just letting u know its not boost service like I thought it was ..
