Do not work for this company. Constantly laying off people, even those who have been with the company for years. No clear explanations why other than to ‘save money’ however the CEO of the company is worth nearly 60 million. Duck creek has no loyalty to its employees. They could care less

I reached out to Duck Creek Technologies on 3 separate occasions over the course of a few weeks to request a demo of their insurance suite capabilities and I have yet to receive the courtesy of a return call. I went so far as to call their toll-free number to speak directly with someone about the same and the person who answered the phone hung up on me. I would think a company who charges millions of dollars for their product would treat a serious prospect better.

Either Duck Creek Technologies has so much business that they don't need any more customers or their customer service is abysmal. Either way, I am eliminating them from further consideration and will give my business to one of their competitors...either Majesco or Guidewire.

I suggest anyone looking for a responsive company who values your business do the same.

I tried mulitple times for 2 hrs to reach the company by phone in all 7 dept options and no one answers the phone. Same exper 2 yrs ago wanting to check on purchasing software.
