I can't say enough good things about this group of individuals in this office. They are all very kind, caring, compassionate, and they all work extremely well as a group. They truly care about their patients and will go above and beyond to do anything to help you. They answer their phones, respond to your texts in a fast manner, and are willing to answer each and every question or concern that you have. They give you as much information as needed to make an informed decision on doing a study and I am so happy I decided to do a study for them. They are wonderful people and I feel blessed to be able to help them help others. Tina, Shelby, Dinah, Ashley and Gloria are amazing people and this clinic is really lucky to have them working for them. Dr. Scribner who is over this entire clinic is so well respected and I know without a doubt she has my best interest at heart and I trust her 100%. She is a wonderful human being and this community is extremely lucky to have such an amazing lady as the Medical Director of Research. My experience with all of them has been top notch and I would recommend them to everyone!

We are in Gilmer at the draw station. Unorganized, slow with a not very nice lady drawing blood. She stated, not nicely, she had no order for my husband. It had been faxed twice to this office.

She yells for the next person's name from back in the lab. With a mask on her, it is difficult to hear names and know who she is calling. She also has a strong accent that makes it harder to understand.
My husband just walked up to ask who she is calling.
Mostly elderly people waiting and we cannot hear anyway. Rude and unfriendly. She just yelled across the waiting room wanting to know who my husnand's doctor is.. It is on the order.
