I really wanted to love this product. We purchased it at end of 2024 and did multiple scans before introducing it to our community. Unfortunately, since then we haven’t been able to conduct one correct scan. I’ve talked to customer service in the off chance I was able to get hold of them and they have been able to get us to a point that we can scan again but the moment a customer steps on the scale it work work. For a product this expensive there is no real time help not the product is reliable. I really wish I had a better review.

We've been using Styku laser scanners at two of our fitness studios and they are a great visual aid for clients, as well as a great retention tool since clients can better see their results and where their hard work is going. Support is top notch. I've been working with Angelo for years and if anything ever gives us an issue or we have a question or there's a small hiccup with the hardware, they're quick to port in and re-calibrate/test all the components with you on the phone to make sure we're back up and running ASAP. I'd highly recommend Styku if you're looking to incorporate a better client retention tool into your business.

If you don't have issues with the device it's great. The computer sent with the device is a super cheap dell computer that will constantly have issues connecting to wifi (no connectivity options will appear). We had issues with the styku not recognizing when someone was standing on the device, was told a new cable would fix it, and low and behold it didn't. Our styku device changes the orientation of the computer and has been acting up. We have not been able to scan anyone in 2 months and despite spending ~7 hours trying to fix the issue (when support and I are both available), we have gotten nowhere. I have included the rep who sold us the equipment on communication with IT services and he has not apologized or emailed back once. I found other emails to reach the company and have heard back nothing. In terms of customer service, 0/5. Support has been tried to fix things but no luck there (2/5). I would highly recommend buying from a company who cares about their customers. We bought the Styku for research, and have now missed in on numerous data collections because of this. Truly unprofessional on the companies part to spend $15k on a device and be unable to fix issues.

I would highly recommend Styku for anyone looking to implement a body composition program. The support has been phenomenal, the machine was ready earlier than I expected. It arrived carefully packaged and easy to assemble. The online educational platform is so awesome! It is easy to follow and talks you through everything!

We have been very happy with our Styku 3-D body scanner. We use it for all of our weight loss and body sculpting patients at Physician Aesthetic Specialists in Lenexa, KS. It is easy to use and provides a lot of useful information. Styku provides objective data to prove real results especially with the Emsculpt Neo. We love to use it to set goals with the calorie calculator for our weight loss patients.
The customer service provided by the company is fantastic! I highly recommended the Styku.

I own a private medical weight management practice. Patients of mine complete 3D body scans on the Styku every month for the first year. I have to say, being able to provide visual feedback to my patients along with numerous data points not only continues to motivate patients but also excites them! Total game changer having this scanner as a part of my practice. Highly recommend!

Sean and the Stulyku customer support team have been great with helping me get my machine up and running. I initially had some software issues that were quickly resolved by the support staff, who were very helpful and responsive. The small footprint makes this machine, an ideal choice for offices with limited space. So far my patients have been impressed and motivated by the high quality of their scan results.
