Bills out made are inconsistent.

What I mean by this is that I received my first two bills in the summer when I was running the A/C and my monthly bill was 100 dollars. Now in fall with no heat or A/C needed somehow my bill is around 400 dollars.

Office does not pick up when called. I’ve called multiple extensions and not received a call back.

Terrible customer service, non-consistent billing. Will be contacting lawyers to discuss possible fraudulent charges due to same kilowatts usage and inconsiderate charges.
