We have worked with Tyler at Aero IT for several years and we couldn't be happier. We are a small Architecture firm founded in 1990 and have used computers regularly since 1994. We have had a number of IT services over the thirty years we have been in business and NONE have given us the level of service that we receive from Aero IT.

Tyler and his company provide IT services that cover our needs, (for a monthly fee that doesn't knock our socks off) and is always available by phone to answer questions and solve problems.

He and his staff are friendly and very helpful and professional. They don't bury us in "tech-speak"; they talk to us in terms we understand. When we need new equipment, Tyler and his staff are always willing to help us find what we need and the lowest possible price.

...When we had email issues, Tyler got us set up in such a way that we could share and track and save emails for projects. You'd be surprised at how often we need to go back in and find emails from archived projects.

...When the COVID 19 pandemic hit, Tyler and his staff got us set up with a vpn, (virtual private network), so we could work remotely.

...When one of us wanted to set up a home office, Tyler and his staff made themselves available for silly questions.

...When our backup system wasn't working to our satisfaction, Tyler and his staff got it all straightened out.

...When Tyler left his previous firm and partnership, we took our business and followed him to his new firm.

He keeps meticulous records, so if we lose/forget a system password, all we need to do is call Aero IT.
