If you want amenities don’t come here.. gate only works less than half the time, yet we pay to live in a “gated community” and the pool well I guess we pay to drive by and look at it. Good luck getting ahold of the office “they would rather you text or email than call” but those don’t even get answered in a timely manner. And neighbors have no regard for people around them. My upstairs neighbors are well “loud” is putting it mildly. When I called the office to “complain” or let them know so maybe they could reach out to them, I was advised to call the courtesy officer, I reached out because it seems better to have the office reach out than have an officer go knock on the door. The office doesn’t care though. Property is not well cared for. I have lived here for years due to circumstances but counting down to finally being able to move. When I first moved in it was great, zero complaints but overtime it has just gone downhill.
On the plus side - Yes my apartment is spacious and I love that and maintenance is good and handled in a timely manner. I have not had an issue that maintenance has not addressed.

Let me start off by saying the experience of moving into our apartment was an amazing one. Lacey was so helpful and made our move stress free. My family and I love how spacious our apartment is. The closets are huge and can accommodate all of our clothes and then some. We love how big the pool is and how the pool is checked by staff and officers while we are enjoying the pool. We plan on renewing our lease. Thank you to Lacey and staff for all you do!

Been living in The District for a while and I can tell honestly, that management sucked when I 1st moved in 2020. But then Mary Beth and Lacey were brought in and things got so much better. These ladies stay on duties and their best to satisfy residents needs and requests. They keep the maintenance guy Jeff busy!!! Thanks District for bringing them in.

Update 7/12/2024 : Jeff , Josh, and Chandler installed a new refrigerator and removing the old one in a fast, courteous and professional manner. The turn around was only a day and half. Great job fellas!!!?
