One of the worst school in the bronx!
Staff, teachers and counselors are horrible at problem solving, poor communication skills from most staff specifically the college prep staff members. Its very concerning when the staff, teachers and counselors are worse than the students. Staff are known for gaslighting students, visibly bulling and actively discriminate against disable or special needs students. Principal of the school does not address high concerns from students or parents. Being that devices are confiscated each morning from students most staff get away with no penalty. Truly concerning and DOE should audit this school for sure!

don't come here y'all, I kid u not they do the MOST with the scanning, making u basically half strip, kids in here are problem starters, staff do little shit such as put a person who's beefing with another person in the same classroom. arguments and fights damn near every corner u turn. some of the hallway monitors cool af though. y'all just don't come here, take my word for it...

It seems like a good school. My daughter goes here and she has excellent grades. She even has some college credits. They have guidance counselors to point them towards the right path for college.
They also have great extra curricular activities. My daughter participates in a mentorship program where she helps to mentor other kids and also helps with their homework. She also enrolled in the swimming program. She now swims perfectly.
In the summer she also participates in the SYEP Program.
I highly recommend this high school to prepare kids for a productive future!

This is the worst school ever the principal don't know nothing that goes on in the school. Some teachers talk to the kids like garbage and the security guards are really disrespectful to the kids they be all in the kids faces and all wanna fight the kids and all its just sad school suppose to be a safe haven.

Awesome program and college prepare kids as best as possible. Great principal, teachers, and support staff.... they will always have time for you. My oldest kids went and my younger ones will most definitely be going.

Terrible place to send your kids it's not wheelchair accessible and the graduation rate is really low as is the hygiene of the school it's self
