My experience with Woodsnap has been second to none. The level of dedicated customer service provided by Julie has been excellent. Woodsnap wanted to ensure that the product came out exactly the way I wanted it and took the time to work through my photo and details so the quality is there. The time and communication coupled with the care and positivity is something that is rarely seen these days. Many companies speak about customer service being a primary focus but it ALWAYS falls flat. I felt like I was dealing with a small local company who cared about every aspect of my order and business. I will be ordering from Woodsnap again and telling all about this. Kudos to Julie and the dedication to satisfying your customers especially in the busiest time of year.

I have used Woodsnap multiple times for different products. The old page for reviews is now closed because they have merged with another company, but the product is still as incredible as ever! I had a sign made for a new business and it was a HUGE hit! Trust your business to Woodsnap. And thank you Julie Lynn for the constant flow of back-and-forth emails and phone calls! Julie even helped me get an order changed AFTER I had placed it. Luckily it was less than an hour after placing and it had not yet gone to production but still, it showed how willing she was to do everything to make the order right, even though the mistake was on my end. I’ve purchased multiple prints on wood from Woodsnap. While the quality is excellent, I feel like they make up for discount coupons by seriously overcharging on shipping. I left a small Christmas ornament in the cart after seeing they wanted to charge $20+/- for shipping USPS. A flat-rate box is under $11 right now and might not even be the cheapest way to ship.
