Subsequently, he helped me fix one of the computers [minor with cord adaptors and a fan issue] Again, he was superb.

Purchased two refurbished computers from A1. Bob came to our house, set up and installed everything so they were ready to use when he left. A few weeks later, one of the fans in the computers stopped working, so Bob came back to my house that weekend to replace the fan.

That's right, he tried offering his services to save me the most money while at the same time catering to my needs and finding the BEST SOLUTION.
