Just wanna take a moment and say being a part of this Research Family honestly changed my life last Saturday. I had an opportunity to be a part of a study that honestly change my life and perspective on everything I really can’t explain it to you, but you will just have to call to find out for yourself because the study is still going on. I want to take a moment and shout out to the staff and crew that keeps this beautiful company running Alice, Jamie, Daniel, Sharon, Miss Gordon, Gianna, Taylor, Ashley And many more who helped me, my experience, top-notch words cant explain The energy and shift of my mind set Ive experience mental health is a real thing and I pray and hope that this particular study drug Gets approved by the FDA So we can help the minds of those who need it Like I did, thanks to everyone Who helped

An interesting experience in the name of science and product/drug development. I donated my body to science while I am yet still alive and I feel good about it.

The on boarding process was straight-forward but a little time consuming. I was accepted in a study that went exactly as they told me it would.

The staff is pleasant and professional. Lastly, when I left, they paid exactly as they said they would.

Give it a whirl if you want to contribute to the process of developing good medical products and if you need extra cash too!

The process time upon arrival was very slow. When completing at the office in NYC was much a smoother process. Also payment process is much a delay as I am still pending the payment for travel. If I didn’t have to pay so much in tolls that would be required to go to the office in NYC I definitely would complete all study’s at this location. Will see how the process works out during the course of the study to provide an update. The nurse was a little stand off, but the training nurse was pleasant. A positive concerning the facility is the office is very well kept.

So this is based off of one visit. I was told that the screening would be 2 to 3 hours I ended up sitting here for 5 hours. I was also told over the phone that I could do the screening and actual study in the same day since I live far. Needless to say after being there for 5 hours I was not able to do the actual study. I got paid $75 for 5 hours. They do not reimburse you right at sight for travel. I was told I had to call someone. This was a very frustrating experience the first time. I will see how it goes next time and give an update on here!

In the Non-Invasive Wrist Worn Device to Measure Sleep Quality they were scheduling for in Aug and Sept 2023, they canceled my screening the morning of the screening- TWICE (once when it was originally scheduled and again when I was rescheduled). Even before when the screenings were supposed to happen, they didn't have the check in and check out times; I was told that they would have those at the screening. Participants were simply expected to work our schedules and lives around what was convenient for Clinilabs, with no notice of when the actual study would take place given. There was a study earlier this year where I arrived at the screening, and was told then that I was ineligible for the study; and I didn't even start the screening. They should have verified that before wasting my time; but that would have been too considerate and respectful of them. A study before that, they canceled my screening only a day before it was scheduled.

Clinilabs used to be good, but now they have no respect for study participants. Dr. Gary Zammit, Clinilabs President and CEO, you and your organization are garbage. Any misery and suffering you experience in this life (or after it) is well deserved.

Worst experience ever. I took a flight from ATL to participate in a study. The screening was 5-6 hours. They made me go through the entire process to just tell me at the end that they’ve filled up their quota for the study. I believe it’s a lie. But it was sooo inconsiderate. I will never participate in a trial again and the service was absolutely trash as well!

My experience at Clinilabs was fantastic! The staff is amazing and they really made the place feel like my second home. Danielle from the front desk is so welcoming and she’s always the first person I see when I arrive and the last person I see as I walk out; she’s the best. Sachi and Tati were always so busy yet super attentive and great at everything they do; they are the glue to the whole operation. Bryan holds down the night shift the way Batman holds down Gotham City at night. He knows what he did for me 🫡 and speaking with Kristina every morning was the cherry on top. She’s truly a breath of fresh air and I enjoyed our conversations. Momin is cool too for putting up with me. 10/10. I would recommend Clinilabs to everyone. I hope to be back soon!

My clinical trial participation initial was EJK and I partook in an overnight study at Clinilab NJ location. The whole experience was smooth and I was informed of all I needed/wanted to know in details from the staff. The medical professionals working there were very friendly and skillful and I felt at ease for my first ever clinical trial. Additionally, the representative of the scheduling department for Clinilab was very excellent and knowledgeable and made me feel safe in participating in a clinical study. Lastly, the compensation was very quick. I very much look forward to future clinical participation with Clinilab
