Kyocera Birmingham has done an amazing job for us. They are always timely with service and the sales team is excellent. They asked all the right questions to find out what we needed. Our sales person even checks back with us often to make sure we are being taken care of. Any time I have had questions I have been able to contact my sales person and get an answer immediately or within a very short period of time. The whole team is very responsive.

We got flim-flammed into a 5-year lease with a deceptive manager in dothan. One year went by with the printer unplugged because it constantly stopped connecting to our server and was unable to benefit from all the features that we were sold. More weeks than not, we were unable to print scan or connect. In 9 years of business, this is the worst experience I've had and as a result all Kyocera brands will never have a place in any business I'm associated with ever again. That is a promise. The president learned of this, did nothing. you don't get my business anymore.
