Everyone I have encountered here from the staff up to the doctors have been exemplary in the way they engage and treat people. Appointments are confirmed by both text and phone a few days before. First class operation all around.

I was to be in a study but had to delay because of health reasons. They closed my study without letting me know and I drove for over an hour for the appointment only to be told after filling out intake paperwork that the study was full. I had assumed doing the paperwork would start me in the study, etc.
I wasted many hours of my time just to be told that my study was no longer available. They are trying to enroll me in another unrelated study to make up for it but still my time and mileage have not been compensated as advertised. This has caused a great hardship for me because gas is not cheap nor is my time and energy to come this far and not be compensated as I was lead to believe. It makes me question if I really want to devote my time and resources to this research company.

I don't get the negative reviews AT ALL. This place is top-notch. If you have problems here, you might as well find another side gig, because this is the good side of clinical research organizations and most of them aren't so great. In contrast to many clinical research organizations, this place takes personal consideration of participants. How do you think treatments will be developed without medical groups such as this one? I have a personal interest in brain health studies, MCI and AD studies due to family history. I am proud to participate at an ethical place to help promote medical advances in cognitive health so that future generations don't go to their end days confused, cranky, and unable to live out their senior years with a healthy mindset. I wish treatments were more mainstream already so that my elders would have lived out their final days with better mental fitness.

Thanks to the doctors and the exceptionally kind and courteous office team, I look forward to study visit days.

After a two year search for an Alzheimer's drug study for my husband, he was referred by Dr. Oh, a neurologist in Glen Burnie, MD, to siterx and then onto Keystone. Thankfully, he passed all of the diagnostic tests and is now a participating subject. No treatment to be found here. You're nothing more than a guinea pig for big pharma; they DO NOT care about you. They only want to see if you'll die from their experimental drugs and sue them. All these doctors are in the pockets of big pharma. If you want treatment for your loved ones, go elsewhere.
