The heavy set Spanish Lady was so rude unhelpful this was my go to place always been great staff. I don’t know where she came from. Wow!

Less than happy. I had a photo laminated and it did not seal properly on the back surface. This happens when the machine is not fully warmed up. When I showed the counter person what happened, he said he would do whatever I wanted, but did not offer a refund, only to run it through the laminator again, which would make it larger, thus not able to fit in the frame. So I'm kind of stuck.

I always have a pleasant experience printing at copy4less, I like how the process from sending in my documents, to printing, to delivery, is simply, simple. Like an In-and-Out burger, select, pay, deliver, then enjoy.

DO NOT use this printing facility. Recently I needed programs printed for a production we were doing at church. I paid $120 for 600 programs. On the first batch of programs the wording was faded and there were smudges in places. I returned 150 of the worse ones and the manager said it was the fault of the machine that was used. I asked them to reprint the 150 and the new machine cut off part of the top wording. That was my choice - faded and smudged or words cut off. Again the manager told me it was their machines and said they were trying to get new ones. I made the mistake of having them print the cut off ones but when I showed them to the rest of my team, we decided they were unacceptable. I tried getting my money back but was unable to since I had approved the second printing. I do not recommend THIS Copy 4 Less. You won't get a good product. I ended up going somewhere else for our programs.

Used this place for a while and so did my mom. Has completely fallen apart. Terrible customer service. Did a print job on business cards and they were completely faded and unusable. They just blamed me and had no explanation why it looked like that. Talking to the manager made things worse and he indicated he has million dollar customers and their too busy. Really sad to see it fall apart.
