I’ve been a customer for several years now and I hate to leave this review but enough is enough. The whole reason I started paying for a mailbox was because I was having issues with my mail not getting to me and other people’s mail in my box.
I’m paying for the same issues, there’s been quite a few instances where my mail has been put into other people’s boxes or theirs in mine. A package or two hasn’t shown up. Also, I was waiting on my son’s medical equipment and it was signed for days ago and and I never received the text alert that it had been delivered. Here’s the kicker,
When I called in upset about it the employee said, “well I can fix the texting issue but I can’t do anything about the mail being misdelivered I just work here and I’m an employee.
Who says that to a customer that has a legitimate grievance? It’s basic customer service. All she had to say was I apologize for the issue, you’re right and I will resolve this with the owner so it doesn’t happen again. That’s just basic.

I've been with them for 8 years and I was there when they changed owners and I can say we got lucky to have a great family take over the mailbox center. They are very kind and caring. I never had a bad experience there so I recommend this place to anyone that needs mailbox I got some of my friends to join also. 😁😉😋

I have held a virtual mailbox here for over a year and have only had positive experiences with the friendly staff and simple to use process and procedures hooked up with Anytime Mailbox. I regularly came in to pick up mail (letters and packages), send packages, and also successfully forwarded mail from them to my nomadic locations. Monthly business payments that came in were quickly attended to and in just a few short months, the staff knew the mail I would care most about!

I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his team. Highly recommend.

I will start by saying that the staff is the most INCOMPETENT and LAZY. I dealt with them for several years.. they loose mail they place mail in the wrong mail boxes... lazy, incompetent and unsafe.
I will never go back there or recommend anyone to use them.... not even to send out mail. All the girls that work there are Incompetent!!!! Specially the so called Manager!

As a loyal customer for 25 plus years I never would imagine to have been left in the dark and rudely treated by an employee not informing me they would be holding my service animal's medical product. When I asked to speak to the owner, Brook stated she was the owner and when I politely and calmly informed her of the situation/issues 1. The product was not there for me to pick up even after speaking to an employee on the phone letting them know I was coming after hours as I usually do when I am able to due to my disabilities and that I was not informed that the product would not be there because they have a new policy to charge their customers $3 if they come after hours to pick up any packages since they only have so much room, which I understand but I did not know nor was I informed of such policy. 2. All the employee had to do was to let me know and make sure I came during business hours to retrieve the package , which he failed to do knowing by phone called that I was coming after hours and that I only I'm able to come by once a month to every other month due to my disabilities. I was interrupted by Ms. Brooke not letting the customer finish and listen to the redundant statements I wish I had just informed her about. She also stated that if I didn't like it I can go somewhere else which stunned me by her cold and non empathetic response.
I again attempted to continue relaying the issues. 3. At this time with gas being $5 a gallon, it cost about $42 too painfully drive there and not be able to retrieve the item. It is roughly about 25 miles just one way which with a vehicle that only gets 6 miles to the gallon it was costly as well. 4. The fact that I'm a 100% disabled continually receiving treatment at the VA Hospital and on a extremely fixed limited income makes it extremely difficult to just go wherever I would like to and don't worry about the gas. 5. The pain and anguish that I suffer every time I have to drive somewhere ( I don't have any family to help) and cannot take any pain meds when driving oh, I do think of others lies besides myself. 6. I am now extremely concerned and worried about my service animal.

Ms. Brook's interrupted reply, again if you're not happy with their service or you don't like the $3 charge you can go somewhere else and I'm sorry that you can only come by once a month or every two weeks, which is not what I said. She also apologized for the employee not informing me but what I like her to do? As I asked her please do not ASSume because you usually be wrong please listen to what I said and she became upset threatening to hang up on me because she did not like what I said. Well then don't do it I didn't tell her to do it I don't control her oh, that was her decision and that's how I pronounce it since that's how it's spelled and that's what you usually doing when you do something like that. So before I could tell her that changing companies does not resolve the problem since the problem will still be there solving the problem is the solution. Ms. Brooke stated well we left notices and everyone's box in August 2019. Apparently she wasn't listening because I informed her I am able to pick up my mail once a month or every other month which means since I picked it up in October 11th 2019 that means I was unaware of the notice. That is why I asked her why the employee did not give me a heads up and/or in for me that if I came after hours and had not paid the $3 the package would not be there?

So once again I asked you to please listen to what I had to say and I was going to offer a solution. 1. I wouldn't have any packages ever delivered there again so I won't have to be concerned about that and 2.... but before I could finish she hung up on me.

That is how a customer of 25 plus years is treated. I also informed her I would go to social media and let them know the treatment to be expected and the news media and asking for their help in contacting an attorney due to the physical and I'm emotional pain I had to endure.
