My marantz CD player was skipping when l was playing the CD i had taken my equipment to local repair shops and was completely dissatisfied. I went online and ask if a repair shop repaired marantz he said they didn't and referred me to Adam's elec. I drove from the IE to HB but it was worth it , they repaired my CD player and my player works like brand new.

Scott and the Team at Adam’s are incredible at what they do. My Denon PMA-50 amp blew. It was 2 months out of warranty, Denon customer service made me look very differently at their brand, Denon’s information line has no service / information, it’s simply a filter to send you to a service center. But fortunately on the list of options I picked Scott’s business. He made my poor experience with Denon completely opposite and hosted me graciously. His whole team was supportive and overly knowledgeable / communicative. They solved the problem, which was a worst case scenario. Scott worked with me from start to finish, remaining flexible and never rigid with his communication. Thank you Scott and your Team!

Well, I can say they fixed my pioneer elite receiver model number vsx56txi . I am extremely satisfied with there service, sounds great just like when I bought it 20 years ago. Parts are hard to find, it took about a month and a half to fix but it wasn't their fault. Thank you very much to Doug,Sonny and Garrett. Do recommend this place 👌🏽

It's a late review but in June of last year, the top cover glass on my NAD M10 was severely cracked due to a nick-nack that fell on top of it. NAD pointed out I needed to get it repaired through an authorized dealer. When I inquired about getting it repaired, Scott at Adam's was prompt to respond, and up front and in the ballpark with what the charges would be to get it fixed. The whole process of getting the unit repaired and returned back to me was smooth.

I shipped my Onkyo receiver here for a warranty repair. I was given a claim number and my receiver was assigned to a technician. Their communication is excellent. I got my receiver shipped back to me working as good as new.

You might have to wait a long while to have it repaired though because sometimes they have to wait on a part to get received from Onkyo themselves.
