Kristen and the team have been very helpful in providing excellent communication, updates, and also encouragement throughout the entire process of getting me a suitable job. The Staff at Innovative is amazing! They took the time to ask the right questions and brought us qualified candidates that all made the grade. They took all the hassle out of finding good people. There were so many good candidates it was really hard to choose. I had three distinct jobs I needed to fill in a very short time, Innovative made it happen and I hired all three candidates from Innovative in very short order!

We had no luck finding the right employees to hire. We tried several other staffing agencies but had no success. They either couldn't find the right candidates or they didn't provide the type of personalized help we needed. We found ICR Staffing online and it only took a few days to start interviewing the candidates they selected. In a little over a week, we hired our first employee! The team at ICR was helpful every step of the way. They understood our needs and made the hiring process easy. We'll be using them to help staff our company moving forward.
