RESPONSE TO "THE OWNER": I was eligible otherwise the conversation wouldn't have been about a fake issue but about my eligibility. Imagine being that incompetent that everyone struggled to clearly mention that I wasn't eligible even though I was. The portly nurse at Bellevue told me I was eligible. I don't need an explanation, you guys need better lies but it took long enough after waiting two weeks and you guys still couldn't get your story straight until I wrote a review. My referral did sign the consent form. How do you think she got paid? Work on being better instead of lying online to look better.
I'd skip the Bellevue trials and at this point I'd skip them all together if this is how "the owner" acts.
Been dealing them for a few years and never had any problems until recently when I was refused compensation over an alleged issue that I can't even get a straight answer for. When asked what the issue was the answer was "they just said it was an issue". So what's the issue? They also didn't pay me for my referral even though it clearly states on the website that your referral must "complete an initial screening visit" in which she did. She also mentioned my first and last name during scheduling. She texted me while she was on the phone scheduling her screening asking me to verify spelling of my name.
