Blossom Labs initially developed a functional webpage for our company. However, their limited resources resulted in significant delays, as they failed to implement our Review Builder and SEO strategy for over six weeks. In an effort to remedy the situation, they offered free advertising, but they were not proactive in optimizing our company’s online presence.

Upon transitioning to a new web manager, we identified several deficiencies in how our website and digital strategy had been structured and maintained. When I sought to disengage from Blossom Labs, the owner referenced a three-month minimum commitment for their Review Builder and SEO services. Given their underperformance over the past six months and the slow progress in delivering essential growth tools, this response felt particularly disappointing.

While I had not initially intended to leave negative feedback, our recent interactions have been unprofessional and reinforce concerns about their lack of follow-through.

Andrew really helped me understand how search engine optimization works.
